FIT TO SERVE
A 7-week journey to become spiritually, physically, emotionally, financially, and relationally ready to serve. Stop coasting. Start fighting fit.
THREE STEPS TO KINGDOM READINESS
Getting started is easier than you think.
GET THE BOOK
Get Fit to Serve when it launches in 2026 and prepare for the journey. As Jesus said, count the cost before you build, then build with everything you've got.
START THE DEVOTIONAL
Build daily habits using the 21/90 principle: 21 days to form a habit, 90 days to create permanent change. Each morning brings scripture, reflection, and one clear action step.
LAUNCH A GROUP
Jesus didn't walk alone. Neither should you. Invite others in. As iron sharpens iron, transformation multiplies when we do it together.
SEVEN WEEKS OF FIT TO SERVE
Each week builds upon the last, equipping you in a new dimension of service.
FIT FOR THE FIGHT
Discipline and the 21/90 principle are the backbone. Transformation requires sustained intentionality, and Bootcamp lays the foundation for the six weeks that follow.
- Build a daily rhythm you can actually keep
- Apply the 21/90 principle to every pillar
- Identify the one habit you'll start this week
SPIRITUALLY FIT TO SERVE
God is personal. He is to be experienced, not just studied. Spiritual fitness means putting God's glory above our own: learning to become comfortably uncomfortable in His presence.
- Read Scripture as a personal letter, not a form letter
- Practice prayer rhythms that fit a real schedule
- Recognize when God is trying to get your attention
PHYSICALLY FIT TO SERVE
Your body is a temple. Physical stewardship is an act of worship and the engine that fuels every other dimension of service.
- Treat sleep, food, and movement as worship
- Build the smallest sustainable physical habit first
- Connect physical readiness to spiritual capacity
EMOTIONALLY FIT TO SERVE
Healthy boundaries, emotional honesty, and resilience under pressure. You can't pour out what you haven't received, so we start with what's actually going on inside.
- Identify the emotion behind the reaction
- Set boundaries with love, not guilt
- Process criticism without internalizing it
FINANCIALLY FIT TO SERVE
When we bring our finances to Jesus, He multiplies what we bring, just like the loaves and fishes. Financial readiness is freedom to give, not just freedom from debt.
- Build a giving plan that scales with income
- Tackle debt as a discipleship issue
- Create margin so you can say yes to God
RELATIONALLY FIT TO SERVE
Iron sharpens iron. Deep, accountable community is not optional; it's how transformation lasts and multiplies.
- Build iron-sharpens-iron friendships
- Repair the relationships you've avoided
- Lead a small group with confidence
RECOVERY AND RECOMMITMENT
Sustainability beats intensity. Week 7 is where you take stock, recalibrate, and commit to the long obedience in the same direction.
- Audit your progress across all 5 Pillars
- Build a 90-day plan beyond the course
- Recruit your accountability partner
